The objective of this consultancy is to prepare detailed designs and cost estimates, procurement documents, Environmental and Social Management Plans (ESMPs), Climate Risk and Vulnerability Assessments (CRVA), and an estimate of the level of climate financing to be included in each of the four sub-projects. Designs shall be participatory, gender-responsive, socially inclusive, environmentally friendly and climate-resilient.
