The Opening Ceremony of the 54th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the Caribbean Development Bank took place on Wednesday, June 19 at 9:00am (EDT).

Chairman of the CDB Board of Governors and Canada's Minister of International Development, Honourable Ahmed Hussen addressed the Opening Ceremony. In addition, CDB Acting President, Mr. Isaac Solomon delivered a keynote statement.
