This is the conclusion emerging from a high level forum to discuss the challenges of low growth and high debt facing the Caribbean which was jointly organized by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the CaribbeanDevelopment Bank (CDB) and co-hosted, in Port-of-Spain by the Trinidad and Tobago government.
