In 2017, CDB launched the Public Policy Analysis and Management and Project Cycle Management (PPAM-PCM) Training Programme. This public sector training programme was designed to support the institutional reforms needed to enable more effective management of policy, programmes and projects in the Bank's Borrowing Member Countries.
