Bernadette Richards-Duncan, Senior Assistant Secretary of the Ministry of Finance in St. Vincent and the Grenadines speaks about why CDB's Public Policy Analysis and Management and Project Cycle Management (PPAM-PCM) Training Programme sparked interest and enthusiasm among public sector workers. 

In 2017, CDB launched the PPAM-PCM Training Programme. This public sector training programme was designed to support the institutional reforms needed to enable more effective management of policy, programmes and projects in the Bank's Borrowing Member Countries.
