'New Paradigm for Caribbean Development: Transitioning to a Green Economy,' focuses on the exploration of options for greening Caribbean economies in a variety of sectors.  An additional goal of the study is also to contribute to knowledge about, and the understanding of the fundamental requirements for transitioning to a green economy in the Caribbean and the attendant implications for policy and institutional arrangements.
