This paper outlines the approach of the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) to its support for Regional Cooperation and Integration (RCI) in the Special Development Fund Eight Cycle (SDF 8). It seeks to rationalise CDB support for RCI in the context of the current status of the regional integration process, the work of development partners in the RCI arena and CDB’s own capacity and capabilities.
