Attached is the Advanced Draft Final Report of the Independent Multi-Cycle Evaluation of the Sixth and Seventh Cycles of the Special Development Fund (Unified) [SDF (6) and SDF (7)] in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 5.3.2 of the Rules for the Special Development Fund.
The Report is presented as an Advanced Draft Final Report to solicit any additional comments and observations from the SDF Contributors prior to finalisation for publication and disclosure in May 2016. The Annexes and Appendices are also being finalised, including the two Country Case Studies for Grenada and Jamaica and are not therefore included in this Advanced Draft Final Report.
