The scope of work consists of Construction of an open single storey preschool building with a usable floor area of approximately 3,350 ft2. The building shall house two (2) open concept classroom spaces, kitchenette, two (2) teachers’ and students’ restroom facilities, two (2) showers, covered veranda, storage facilities, access ramp for persons with diverse disabilities, etc. The building includes provisions for furniture in the form of child-friendly tables and chairs along with preschool toys and equipment. Provision for the installation of electrical, plumbing, water supply and water systems will also be included. The construction of the site fencing, walkways, earthworks, and the provision of landscaping services shall also be provided.
