The Firm will organise a one-day capacity building and discussion forum with public and private stakeholders with the objective of sensitising persons on the Green Climate Fund (GCF) processes.  It will also conduct a detailed scoping study to assess the barriers to private sector investment in low carbon and climate resilient development and develop an action plan outlining the priority initiatives to overcome the barriers identified in the scoping study.  The firm will also identify and develop two (2) project concept notes to be submitted to GCF.
