Summary
  1. Construction of a Reinforced Concrete (RC) roadway: totalling approximately 856m in length by varying widths of 3.66m, 4.57m and 4.88m;
  2. Curb and slipper drains and other drainage structures (inclusive of “outfall drains”) along the road length and beyond;
  3. and construction of driveway connections and step entrances to house lots.
