Public Policy Analysis and Management and Project Cycle Management

WHO WE ARE

The Caribbean Development Bank’s current Public Policy Analysis and Management and Project Cycle Management (PPAM/PCM) is a public sector training initiative which launched in 2016. It is the largest in-person public sector training programme that CDB has ever carried out.
 
WHAT WE DO

The PPAM/PCM Training Programme was designed to equip senior civil servants with the skills to allow them to effectively manage, monitor and implement public policies, programmes and projects.  Senior civil servants across CDB’s 19 Borrowing Member Countries (BMCs) were eligible to participate.  The final face-to-face training took place in 2019, and plans are afoot to make the training available via online courses.
