Overview
WHO WE ARE
Established in 1982, the CTCS Network is the Caribbean Development Bank’s primary mechanism for mobilising knowledge and skills from multiple stakeholders, including regional and national institutions that provide technical assistance and/or financing to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises to support enterprise development in its Borrowing Member Countries.
WHAT WE DO
The CTCS Network supports the improvement of MSME competitiveness and strengthens the capacity of business support organisations and public bodies to deliver professional services to MSMEs through direct technical assistance, workshops, and training attachments.
Apply
WHO CAN APPLY
Any MSME or registered MSME development organisation in CDB’s BMCs can apply for assistance from CTCS.
How to Apply
Applicants should provide detailed information on the nature and characteristics of their businesses and specific challenges for which assistance is requested, either directly to CTCS staff or through a CTCS Cooperating Institution in their country. A formal letter along with a technical assistance proposal is acceptable from a Cooperating Institution seeking CTCS assistance, either for itself or on behalf of a group of MSMEs. Individual MSMEs will be required to fill out a CTCS application form. More information on the application process is available in the CTCS Operations Manual.
