Summary Scope of Contract:

This consultancy is to strengthen the capacity of the Governments of Jamaica, Haiti, St. Kitts and Nevis, and Belize for monitoring and oversight of climate finance through the development of a harmonised, regional-level Monitoring, Reporting and Verification System (MRVS), which is web-based, for tracking and understanding climate finance inflows from public, private, national, and international sources. The MRVS will help to identify investment gaps, especially in the urban sector, to tackle the climate change problem.
