This Country Strategy Paper (CSP) outlines the assistance strategy of the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) for Haiti over the period 2017-2021. It sets out the strategic direction for CDB’s engagement and defines the parameters of its support. The proposed Country Strategy responds to Haiti’s development priorities and is aligned with CDB’s Strategic Objectives of: (a) supporting inclusive and sustainable growth and development; and (b) promoting good governance.
