The Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) has launched an online reporting portal as part of its continuing efforts to improve service delivery to its clients. Mr. Nigel Romano, Director, Finance and Corporate Planning, CDB, explained, "The portal was launched on September 30, 2013 and it allows borrowers, executing agencies, guarantors and grantees to generate and export information based on their current active loan and grant portfolios. They can generate reports on Loan and Grant Portfolio, Disbursement Details for Loans and Grants, Status of Arrears, Allocation of Debt Service Payments and Notice of Disbursement. In addition, billing statements will also be available for download via the portal." Mr. Romano added that enhancements on the portal will continue. "Additional resources for clients will be included to make it even easier for clients to manage their relationships with CDB. We will maintain our ongoing dialogue with clients to keep them informed of developments as we progress."
