The Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) has announced the resignation of Dr. Carla Barnett, Vice President (Operations) effective May 23, 2014. "The CDB has had the benefit of Dr. Barnett's experience at three different times. In the capacities of Economist, then Director of the Board for Belize and most recently Vice President (Operations). We appreciate Dr. Barnett's service and contribution and wish her well in her future endeavors," said Dr. Warren Smith, President of CDB.
