Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, the Hon. Gaston Browne and Dr. Warren Smith Dr. Warren Smith, President of the Caribbean Development Bank paid an official visit to the Hon. Gaston Browne, newly elected Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda on Thursday August 21, 2014. Prime Minister Browne discussed the country's economic and development plans with the CDB team which included Director of Economics, Dr Justin Ram. Antigua and Barbuda is one of the founding members of CDB.
