The role assists in collecting, analysing, and interpreting HR data from multiple sources to support workforce planning, talent management, and organisational performance monitoring. The incumbent will also contribute to the development of HR dashboards, reports, and data visualisations that provide timely insights into workforce metrics and trends, spanning the breadth of the HRD.
The role is designed to provide broad exposure to private sector development operations and policy work, enabling the YP to contribute meaningfully to CDB’s strategic objectives while developing professional expertise in investment finance, project management, and development banking.

The Young Professional (YP), Data Analytics and Information Management role supports the Bank’s data analytics and information governance work by helping develop dashboards and reports, collecting/validating data, maintaining KPI and metadata documentation, and contributing to data governance artifacts (e.g., data dictionaries and glossaries). The YP also coordinates meetings and training, completes progress updates and research on improved tools and practices, and provides first-level support to users while building professional capability through on-the-job learning and mentoring.
Reporting to the Division Chiefs, Unit Heads and/or Project Team Leads as appropriate, the Project Assistant provides administrative, coordination, and technical support to the effective implementation, supervision, and monitoring of assigned projects. The role ensures the timely delivery of project activities through accurate documentation, efficient logistics, systematic tracking of deliverables, and compliance with CDB policies and procedures.
