The Senior Evaluation Officer (SEO) is primarily responsible for leading and contributing to corporate, programme, sector, strategy or thematic evaluations, and other evaluations such as country evaluations. In addition, the SEO is expected to contribute to the mandate of the Office of Independent Evaluation, which includes oversight Bank’s operations, formative and summative evaluations, and preparation of ad hoc synthesis reports summarising evaluation findings and lesson of experience for dissemination to stakeholders and use by CDB and its partners and Borrowing Member Countries (BMCs).
