The scope of work consists of Construction 4 a four (4) classroom single storey ferro-concrete building with a floor area of approximately 3,700 ft2. Works shall include, but not limited to the following: an administrative space, kitchenette space, male and female primary school teachers’ restroom facilities, provision of furniture, access ramp from the ground level to the ground floor for persons with physical disabilities, etc.
