Dr. Sandra Swaby, a former Pediatric Emergency Room physician, has transitioned seamlessly into a role as a Cosmetic Surgeon, shaping lives and promoting self-confidence for over a decade. She is the Chief and Founding Surgeon at Harmony Health Cosmetic Clinic in Jamaica. Dr. Swaby prioritizes the inner wellness of her clients above all else and is dubbed the queen of body positivity due to her dedication to the consistent promotion of physical beauty that is rooted in mind-wellness.

Beyond her surgical practice, Dr. Swaby's passion for holistic wellness led her to establish Zen Oasis, an anti-aging wellness spa. She extends her expertise beyond physical transformation to foster emotional well-being and self-care. Her latest venture includes a series of workshops titled “Using Emotional Intelligence to Balance Work/Life Tasks,” tailored to mid-level management professionals seeking harmony in their lives.

Dr. Swaby's contributions to the field have been recognized globally. She has graced prestigious stages such as the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery Conference and the Aesthetic Medicine Awards in Monaco, France, where she was a finalist for outstanding Body and Facial rejuvenation. Her insights have been sought after as a guest speaker at events like the Keller Williams Awards of Excellence and the Aesthetic Next 4.0 conference. Her credentials from esteemed organizations including the American Association of Aesthetic Physicians, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine, and the World Association of Gluteal Surgeons underscore her expertise and commitment to excellence.

Outside of her professional endeavours, Dr. Swaby finds balance as a devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt, daughter, and friend. Her commitment to personal well-being extends to consistent physical activity, ensuring that she maintains harmony in all aspects of her life. In her pursuit of holistic wellness, Dr. Swaby explores deep inner energy work, which is a reflection of her ongoing dedication to personal growth and transformation.

Krystal Boyea defines herself as an Entrepreneur, Businesswoman, Spokesperson, Patient Advocate, Dedicated Wife, and an optimist who puts family first.  

She is the founder and CEO of The Living Collection Inc. 
She is the Managing Director of Diagnostic Medical Inc.  
And she is a Spokesperson for the NCD community as she has been living with Type 1 Diabetes for more than 25 years. This thus being her most well-known title of all.  

After many years of living with type 1 diabetes, Krystal decided to turn this childhood tragedy into a positive experience to help others.  She completed her Bachelors of Science, followed by a Masters of Public Health, became a Certified Health Coach and grew her name into one of the most recognized Caribbean Advocates and Spokespeople for Diabetes around the world.  

In Barbados, Krystal has used her international experience to implement lasting healthcare initiatives. She co-founded a Diabetes Services clinic, assisted with development of the Ian Woosnam Type 1 Diabetes Registry, and is an activist on social media. In 2018, she launched The Living Collection Inc, which is the first medical jewellery and accessories company in the Caribbean.  

Krystal believes that the best medical bracelet is one you want to wear, and therefore she created The Living Collection Inc. so that persons can custom create their perfect Medical ID! Their products are one of a kind, life saving, affordable and make living with any condition more fashionable and fun.  

In 2021 she became The Managing Director of Diagnostic Medical Inc., a family medicine practice caring for the entire Family, Every Age and Every Stage.  

The Living Collection, now located in Diagnostic Clinic has evolved into a Medical Market, and Grab and Go Café, for patients to shop and purchase refreshments whilst they wait to see the doctor.  

Krystals vision is to redefine the healthcare system, where patients are seen as people and not numbers, and where healthcare spaces feel like home.  

Ms. Natalya Rahamatula is the Strategy Officer at the JMMB Group's SME Resource Centre, based in Trinidad and Tobago. In her current role, she oversees strategic planning, management, and the execution processes of the Resource Centre. Formerly a Resource Centre Specialist, she collaborated with JMMB’s SMEs, supporting them throughout their entire business life cycle. Her responsibilities included monitoring, coaching, and developing JMMB Group’s SME clients to enhance their business growth. She also serves as a Director of Shangri La Soroptimist Home Limited, a retirement home owned by Soroptimist International San Fernando. Throughout her career, Natalya has gained experience in diverse sectors, including oil and gas and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). Notably, she served as a Business Advisor – External Funding at ExporTT and worked at the Caribbean Regional Technical Assistance Centre (CARTAC) under the IMF as a Research Assistant to the Financial Sector Stability Advisor for the Caribbean. Natalya holds an MSc in Financial Economics and a BSc in Economics (First Class Honours) with a Minor in Management Studies, both earned from the University of the West Indies, St Augustine Campus. She is a certified International Trade Specialist with Honours from the eBSI Export Academy in Ireland and a certified Commercial Banking and Credit Analyst (CBCA) from the Corporate Finance Institute.
