The seminar will update participants on CDB's progress in developing the Recovery Duration Adjuster (RDA) as an advanced tool for measuring vulnerability and resilience; and for marshalling finance for small State. It will also highlight the results from the RDA analysis and provide insight on how it can be applied to expand access to financial resources for small States.
