Joanne Goulet April 19, 1950 - April 24, 2010 It was with great sadness that we at the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) learned of the untimely death of Joanne Goulet. Ms. Goulet served as Director for Canada on CDB's Board of Directors from 2002 to 2005, while in the substantive position of Head of Development with the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) in Barbados. Her life-long career with CIDA began as Chief of Staffing, followed by diverse and challenging positions with the Africa, Asia and Americas geographic programmes.
