The Caribbean Development Bank is a partner in the Caribbean Summit on Youth Violence Prevention. The Summit will serve as a forum to chart a course for transformational youth-driven action to combat crime and violence in the Eastern and Southern Caribbean. The Summit will bring together 150 leaders from youth movements, government, the private sector, academia, and civil society to address youth crime and violence in the Caribbean. It will help ensure policy coherence across and within regional governments and celebrate local innovations and best practices. The Summit will also facilitate strategic discussions for addressing the constraints that youth activists and organisations face in improving safety outcomes within their communities and societies.
