By signing this application the Applicant hereby certify that:
• To the best of our knowledge, the details given in this application are true and correct;
• The grant, if approved, will be spent solely for the activities as described in this application;
• We understand that reporting will be required on a quarterly basis according to Project Reporting Specifications set by the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB);
• Successful applicants will be required to sign a grant agreement with CDB. This will specify what grant funds may be utilised for and how they would be disbursed to the grantee.
• Knowledge Tools specified in conjunction with CDB, are the property of CDB and may be made available to the public;
• Project Completion Report must be submitted to the CIIF at the end of the
project/ event, and commit to providing same along with supporting media/images;
• The Applicant understands and give authorization to the CDB, the donors and registered partners of CIIF to utilize the submitted media elements (photos, video clips, audio recordings) for archival, reporting and promotional use only; and
• The Applicant agrees to provide support to the development of the community and cultural sectors, as requested by the CIIF, as a requirement of any grant received.
