You will work closely with governments, financial institutions, and private-sector stakeholders to identify and implement innovative energy solutions. The role requires the Coordinator to be at the forefront of the region's energy policy dialogue and development. 

Bank Secretary

The Bank Secretary reports to the President and manages the Secretariat. They serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Governors, Board of Directors, management, and key stakeholders and are one of the President's principal counselors. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings of the Board and of the Board sub-committees, maintaining official records and ensuring compliance with the Bank’s Charter and By-laws. Additionally, the role involves managing membership, advising on protocol, and facilitating Board of Directors’ and sub-committee members’ training and onboarding.

Operations Officer (Environmental Sustainability)

The Operations Officer (Environmental Sustainability) or OO,ES, is accountable for mainstreaming environmental sustainability throughout the Bank’s operations, internally through the maintenance and implementation of appropriate risk management policies and externally by providing advice to BMCs on related policy issues and maintaining dialogue with the Bank’s development partners.

Accountant

Reporting to the Manager, Accounting, the Accountant is primarily responsible for coordinating the preparation of financial statements and reports. The Accountant is also responsible for reviewing the receivables and payables and for reviewing payroll adjustments and calculation of terminal benefits. The Accountant assists in the preparation of relevant portions of the Administrative Budget.
