Reporting to the Division Chief, Economic Infrastructure Division or his designate and working directly with the CDB’s Economic Infrastructure Division, the Project Coordinator for the AFD-Caribbean Investment Facility and Italian Programme (PC-AFD/IF) will have overall responsibility to oversee the effective execution of the AFD-Caribbean Investment Facility Programme and the Italian Programme to Support Sustainable Development Project in the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Countries.
Reporting to the CRO, the Private Sector Risk Officer (PSRO) will support the first-line function in the development of the private sector financing framework from the second-line risk perspective as financial risk being key risk domain within the Bank’s enterprise risk framework. They will ensure that first-line functions consistently and comprehensively identify, measure, mitigate, monitor and report on private sector credit risks and any related emerging risks.
Operations Officer (Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprise)

Reporting to the Coordinator, MSME Development, the Operations Officer MSME is responsible for providing the Bank with high-quality technical analysis, strategic advice, and operational guidance on the design, appraisal, and implementation of interventions supporting the Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (MSME) sector across CDB’s Borrowing Member Countries (BMCs).
Reporting to the Deputy Director, Research and Statistics (DDRS), the Economist, generates high-quality research that builds the evidence base for technically sound development policy solutions. The role contributes to thought leadership, informs the adaptation of Bank strategies and lending operations, and supports advisory services for improving sustainable development across BMCs and the wider region.
Reporting to the Manager, Accounting, the Accounting Assistant plays a critical role in executing complex accounting assignments and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. This position oversees team activities within the Accounting Unit, driving high standards of performance and compliance while contributing to robust financial controls and timely, high-quality reporting.
The role spans digital content development, video and audio production, graphic design, and cross‑platform storytelling and event production support. It ensures that high‑quality, brand‑aligned content is created for internal and external audiences across websites, social media, digital campaigns, and multimedia channels.
The role assists in collecting, analysing, and interpreting HR data from multiple sources to support workforce planning, talent management, and organisational performance monitoring. The incumbent will also contribute to the development of HR dashboards, reports, and data visualisations that provide timely insights into workforce metrics and trends, spanning the breadth of the HRD.
The role is designed to provide broad exposure to private sector development operations and policy work, enabling the YP to contribute meaningfully to CDB’s strategic objectives while developing professional expertise in investment finance, project management, and development banking.
